Some women want to walk into a mixed room from day one. Some want to start in a room that's just women. Both are the right answer. We built the Women's Only program for the second group, and for anyone who wants a full week of dedicated training with women only, whatever their reason.
The classes are led by women. The curriculum is the same Helio Gracie–lineage BJJ the rest of the academy trains, taught at the same standard. Beginner-friendly by design, but not soft: our women's program has produced world-champion competitors, and beginners regularly progress into the mixed room at their own pace.
You'll find the schedule dense enough to fit a real training week (mornings, evenings, and weekends) and light enough on ego that new members stick.

The core women's program. Fundamentals for beginners, technique for intermediates, sharpening for advanced. Runs multiple days a week across both floors. Show up, we'll match you with the right partner.

For members preparing for tournaments. Sport-specific conditioning, match strategy, and hard rolling against training partners at your level. Coached by women who've competed at the highest level of the sport.
Ask about comp prep →Our coaches teach BJJ the way it was designed: leverage over strength. That matters more when your training partners are your size and your problems are yours. You learn what works for you, not what works for a 220-pound man.
Women-only classes mean women-only sparring partners. If you're brand new, that lowers the barrier to the first hard roll. If you're advanced, it means training with the people you'll face at competition.
BJJ is what most self-defence programs pretend to be. Real technique against a resisting partner, not choreographed drills against a compliant one. What you learn here works.
Thirty days free for adult beginners, seven days free for adults with prior BJJ rank. No card, no obligation. Come see the room.
