Amazing classes for children ages 3 to 12, grouped by age and experience so your child is always with peers. Confidence, discipline, coordination, plus one of the six interventions clinically shown to build executive function in kids 4 to 12. Seven days on us to try.

The benefits of children training martial arts are the obvious ones (confidence, discipline, coordination) plus a set of quieter ones that matter more than most parents realize: focus, resilience, socialization, and a working sense of what "hard" actually feels like.
The one that gets underplayed is executive function. In a landmark 2011 Science paper (August 19, 2011), martial arts training was named one of only six recommended interventions clinically shown to build executive function in children ages 4 to 12. Executive function is more closely correlated with academic, professional, and social success than IQ. It's the difference between "smart" and "gets things done."
In short: there are two activities parents should make sure their children take part in. The first is swimming. The second is martial arts.

Our core kids program. Age-grouped classes across the week, taught by black belts who know the difference between coaching a five-year-old and coaching a ten-year-old. Games, drills, technique, and enough repetition that skills actually stick.

One of six clinically endorsed interventions for executive function in kids 4–12. That's working memory, self-control, and cognitive flexibility, the skills that predict school and life outcomes.
Kids learn to compete kindly, lose gracefully, and win with humility. Anti-bullying isn't taught by lectures here; it's the culture of the room.
