Group classes work. That's why we run them all day. But group classes are also, by design, a compromise between one instructor and everyone else on the mat. Private lessons remove that compromise.
You bring the question: a position you keep getting caught in, a game you want to build, a competition you're preparing for, or just "I have no idea what I'm doing, help." A black belt gives you their full attention for the hour. Progress that would take three months in the group class often takes three weeks with a private lesson a week beside it.
Private lessons also solve the schedule problem. If your calendar doesn't line up with our group schedule, a weekly private is often how members keep training through busy stretches without falling out of the habit.

Same one-on-one attention, split across two to four training partners. Popular with friend groups, couples, and small teams. More affordable per person than a full private, still highly customized.

Team-building sessions that aren't a rope course. Groups of 8 to 40, tailored to your team's fitness level and goals. Great for offsites, kickoffs, and end-of-quarter events. Booked ahead by the week.
